NBPEI Major U18 League Incomplete Game Policy

If a game must be stopped because of unforeseen circumstances, teams will follow the following process to determine the fate / outcome of the game.

Game is stopped after the halfway point of regulation time 

-       teams will wait one hour to see if reason for stoppage can be rectified. If game cannot continue after the one hour wait time, the game will be considered complete and the score at the time of stoppage will be recorded as final.  Points will be awarded accordingly.

Game is stopped prior to the halfway point of regulation time 

-       teams will wait one hour to see if the reason for stoppage can be rectified.  If    

     the game cannot continue after the one hour wait time the game will be      

     considered over and teams will come to a mutual outcome in discussion 

     with the League President (or designate). Decision on the game will be  

     made within 48 hours of the game stoppage.
